President/Founder
Austin Wilson
Austin Wilson is a Nevada-licensed A-14 (Engineering of Industrial Machinery and Steel Erection) and B-5 (Construction of Metal Structures) contractor. Austin Wilson has designed and constructed metal structures, steel structures, and industrial machinery for manufacturing, power generation, petrochemical, and industrial/commercial buildings for more than eight years.

Austin Wilson founded KAWM Group on the principle that construction management should be proactive in identifying customer needs, overcoming obstacles, and striving for the success of a project. We should always go the extra mile because we want to, not because we have to.

Maddy is a Civil Engineer from The National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) with expertise in material takeoff and cost estimation, 3D modeling and rendering.
Project Manager
Sal Khan
Sal is a Civil Engineer who has 6 years of experience in preparing construction documents with Revit. He has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Sarhad University of Science & Information Technology.
Design Manager
Ana Hernández
Ana is a 3D architectural designer with 5 years of experience with photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Lumion. She specializes in 2D plans to 3D BIM models using REVIT.
